Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated financial statements of Raya Contact Center showed net profits of EGP 10.3 million in the first quarter of 2020, a 71.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline from EGP 36.46 million.

The company’s revenues slumped to EGP 193.91 million in the first three months of 2020 from EGP 227.97 million in the prior-year period, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

As for standalone financials, the company incurred net losses of EGP 8.71 million in Q1-20, against net profits of EGP 11.79 million in Q1-19.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, Raya Contact Center achieved net profits of EGP 114.57 million, down from EGP 180.5 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
