Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear on Tuesday announced a turn to losses in the first quarter (Q1) of 2020, registering a net loss of EGP 47.96 million, against a profit of EGP 21.92 million in Q1-19, as shown by the company’s standalone financials.

Sales slumped to EGP 206.89 million by the end of March 2020, compared to EGP 287.42 million in Q1-19, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

In fiscal year (FY) 2019, Dice's net profits came at EGP 120.82 million from EGP 160.08 million, posting a 24.5% annual drop.
