Mubasher: The general assembly of the National Petroleum Services (NAPESCO) has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute dividends to shareholders for 2019.

The eligibility for the dividends will be for the shareholders registered on eligibility data, 5 July 2020.

The distribution is set to take place on 9 July 2020.

In addition, the general assembly approved a board remuneration of KWD 180,000 and elected the board for the upcoming three-year term, from 2020 to 2022.

In March, the board recommended a cash dividend distribution of 70 fils per share or 70% of the share’s nominal value.
