Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of National International Holding Company, dually listed on Boursa Kuwait and Dubai Financial Market (DFM), approved distributing bonus shares, equivalent to 5% of the issued and paid-up capital, for fiscal year 2019.

The bonus shares distribution stands at five shares for every 100 shares by issuing 10.844 million new shares, according to the company's disclosure to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.

The bonus shares should be distributed after 14 days from the entitlement date and following regulatory approval.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company's net profits decreased by 24.1% to KWD 1.75 million from KWD 2.3 million in 2018.
