Dubai – Mubasher: The construction works of Al Taif Business Centre in Fujairah has been completed by 85%, according to a press release.

The project is developed by Al Taif Investment, which is a joint venture between Dubai Investments and Fujairah Investment Establishment (FIE).

Al Taif Business Centre, worth AED 418 million, is built over a total area of 96,400 square metres and is set to be handed over by the end of 2020.

The project will include a 19-storey tower, a hotel and residential tower of 228 rooms, a commercial centre, and a parking lot with a capacity of 670 cars.

Earlier this month, Dubai Investments's shareholders approved paying out 10% cash dividends for fiscal year (FY) 2019, aggregating at an amount of AED 425.201 million.
