Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company has issued a disclaimer denying false news circulating on social media platforms regarding the company's potential capital increase process.

The firm has advised shareholders to refer back to the company’s official platforms such as the official website to check the information available in the preliminary prospectus of the rights issue, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

Tihama further added that it will undertake all legal actions against individuals or institutions that falsify the company’s reputation and the prospective capital hike process.
