Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait declined on Thursday, as Premier Market and All-Share indices closed down by 0.94% and 0.82%, while the BK Main 50 and the Main Market indices decreased by 0.79% and 0.49%, respectively.

Liquidity amounted to KWD 22.38 million with a traded volume of 139.46 million shares exchanged through 6,952 transactions.

Eight market sectors closed in red, led by the industrial index that lost 1.37%, while banks fell by around 1%, while only oil and gas and insurance closed higher by 0.07% and 0.11%, in that order.

KCPC led the red chars as it dropped by 9.27%, while Kuwait Syrian Holding closed as the highest rising stock, surging by 15.2%.

Meanwhile, AUB-Bahrain led the trading activity with 18.35 million shares traded at the highest turnover of KWD 3.47 million.
