Riyadh – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company approved appointing Ali Bin Yahya Al Jaafari as the board’s chairman (non-executive) and Bandar Bin Muhammad Al Mahmoud as the vice chairman (independent).

Moreover, it named Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Hujailan as the managing director (executive), according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

It further appointed the nomination and remuneration committee, executive committee, secretary of directors, as well as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
