Americana Egypt’s board approves voluntary delisting
The company will purchase the shares of those who object to the voluntary delisting

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for International Touristic Projects (Americana Egypt) announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to delist its shares from the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The company will purchase the shares of those who object to the voluntary delisting for EGP 6.32 apiece, the same price offered by Americana Group, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

Earlier, Americana Group purchased a 9.129% stake in Americana Egypt, raising its holding to 99.19%.
