Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Egypt Free Shops approved the board’s proposal for a cash dividend distribution for fiscal year 2019/2020.

The company’s shareholders approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.995 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

Egypt Free Shops achieved net profits of EGP 108.9 million in FY19/20, down from EGP 117 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
