Mubasher: The shares of Boursa Kuwait Company will commence trading on the Premier Market as of Monday, 14 September 2020, according to an official statement on Monday.

This comes following the approval of the Kuwaiti Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

The company was incorporated in April 2014 by the CMA, before becoming the official Kuwaiti Stock Exchange in October 2016.

In December 2019, the company’s privatization was completed after 50% of its shares were offered in a local initial public offering (IPO).
