Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial Holding has used EGP 83 million of the capital increase proceeds amounting to EGP 166 million at the end of last June.

Beltone Financial Holding used EGP 31 million, while Beltone Securities Holdings and Beltone Promotion and Underwriting used EGP 48 million and EGP 4 million, respectively.

The remaining proceeds amount to EGP 83 million to be divided as follows: EGP 19 million to Beltone Financial Holding, EGP 18 million to Beltone Securities Holdings, and EGP 46 million to Beltone Promotion and Underwriting.

During the first six months of 2020, Beltone Financial Holding incurred net losses of EGP 20.52 million, down from EGP 67.43 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
