Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Company has signed a contract worth SAR 6.476 million with Seera Group within the framework of cooperation between the two firms.

Under the five-month deal, Al Samaani will provide logistical storage solutions for Seera’s warehouses across various areas in the kingdom, according to a statement to the Saudi bourse on Monday.

The transaction’s material effect will reflect on Al Samaani’s financial statements starting as of the second half (H2) of 2020 and the first quarter (Q1) of 2021.
