Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) has named Fahad Al Hassawi as a new acting CEO of the company, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.

Al Hassawi has assumed the role of acting CEO following the departure of Johan Dennelind.

In addition, the company also appointed Ahmad Julfar, one of the board members of the company, as the managing director.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2020, the company's net profits declined to AED 570.411 million, compared to AED 913.278 million in the year-ago period.
