Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, approved the activation of the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) initiative to support the medical sector in Beni Suef.

The cabinet greenlighted the allocation of EGP 100 million for developing hospitals, especially fever hospitals, in the governorate, according to a statement on Wednesday.

During a meeting held via teleconference, the prime minister discussed setting up several developmental projects with the Minister of Local Development, Mahmoud Shaarawy, and the Governor of Beni Suef, Mohamed Hany.

The proposed projects include the establishment of an investment zone for medicinal and aromatic plants in New Samasta Village.
