UAE – Mubasher: The UAE developer Reportage Properties saw more than AED 237 million sales during the third quarter (Q3) of 2020, according to the latest data by the company.

During the first nine months of 2020, the company's sales reached AED 586 million.

Currently, the company is developing 10 projects which comprise 4,000 residential units as part of its investments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including Al Raha Loft 1 with 178 residential units and Al Raha Loft 2 with 124 units.

Al Raha Loft 1 and Al Raha Loft 2 will be delivered during the first half (H1) of 2021.

Meanwhile, the real estate developer is constructing the Maria Vista project with 786 residential units on Al Maryah Island to deliver it by the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2020, the company saw AED 402 million sales, up by 200% from AED 137 million in the same period of 2019.
