Riyadh – Mubasher: Advanced Petrochemical Company’s Board of Directors on Tuesday agreed to distribute cash dividends of SAR 140.7 million to shareholders for the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.

The approved amount is equal to SAR 0.65 per share or 6.5% of the share’s par value, according to a stock exchange statement.

Eligibility of dividends will be to shareholders at the end of 20 October 2020, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution date is 9 November 2020.
