Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) will distribute cash dividends of SAR 7.5 million to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unitholders for the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.

The distributions will be to 60 million existing units, at SAR 0.125 per unit, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Moreover, the amount represents 1.30% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June 2020 and 1.25% of the unit’s initial price.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of Tuesday, 20 October 2020, end of the trading day on Sunday, 18 October.

The distributions will be paid within 60 days from the due date.
