Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Building and Marketing Company reported SAR 2.1 million in net profits for the six-month period ended on 31 March 2020.

This represents a 75.3% year-on-year (YoY) decline when compared to SAR 8.6 million in the year-ago period, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The drop in earnings was ascribed to lower sales and higher costs of raw materials due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Meanwhile, revenues amounted to SAR 84.2 million in the six-month period of fiscal year 2019/2020, up by 5.7% annually.
