Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Moltaqa Investments reduced its stake in Arab Engineering Industries to 39.42% from 48.02%.

The transaction involved the sale of 14.32 million shares for EGP 15.32 million at an average price of EGP 1.07 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

During the first half (H1) of 2020, Arab Engineering Industries achieved net profits of EGP 2.88 million, compared to EGP 4.49 million in the year-ago period.
