Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company on Sunday said a total of 4.450,788 million shares of the newly offered shares have been subscribed at a value of SAR 44.507 million.

The company’s rights issue was subscribed by 98.45%. The total number of the newly offered shares is 4.520,880 million shares, according to a stock exchange statement.

The remaining shares will be offered to a number of institutional investors, provided that they submit purchase offers for the remaining shares. The remaining shares will be allocated to investment institutions by giving priority to the highest bid, then the lowest and the lowest, provided that it is not less than the offering price.

The remaining share amount, if any, will be purchased by the underwriter at the offering price.  

The reoffering process will take place from 27 to 28 October 2020.
