Dubai – Mubasher: The board of DXB Entertainments has approved to elect Abdul Wahab Al Halabi as the Chairman, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.

The company has also elected Abdullah bin Habtoor as the Vice Chairman.

During a meeting held on Sunday, the board has also appointed the members of the audit committee, the nomination and remuneration committee, and the implementation committee.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2020, the company's net losses hiked by 83.47% to AED 822.5 million, compared to AED 448.3 million in the year-ago period.
