Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by about 1.24% to 4,624.85 points by the end of Monday's trading session, exceeding 2,600 points for the first time since March.

Turnover amounted to AED 829.73 million after 226.59 million shares had been traded through 3,000 transactions.

The market cap value increased by around AED 3.48 billion to AED 686.22 billion, compared to AED 682.74 billion.

Reem Investments headed the green zone with 15%, while Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (Bildco) topped the red zone with 4.74%.

Aldar Properties posted the highest trading volume of 160.15 million shares at a total value of AED 402.69 million.
