Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) on Monday said it began issuing senior US dollar-denominated international bonds unsecured by assets pursuant to its Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The issuance amount will be determined as per market conditions, the company said in a bourse filing.

The oil giant appointed Citi, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and NCB Capital as the issue underwriter.

Each of the listing price, par value, and bonds return will be subject to market conditions. The bonds mature after 3, 5, 10, 30 and/or 50 years, subject to market conditions.

The issue end date is 18 November.
