Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co has approved by circulation not to renew the contract of Azzam Saud Almudaiheem as the company’s CEO as of 18 November 2020, based on his request.

The step comes as Almudaiheem wants to focus on his new role as a non-executive board member, which was announced on 1 October, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The board has named Mohammad Ibrahim Abunayyan as the acting CEO, effective from 19 November 2020.
