Riyadh - Mubasher: ​The Saudi local content authority said that Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company has achieved 48.10% in local content and 58.10% in the percentage of local content and revenue from exports.

The results were announced after the authority had reviewed the company’s report for local content percentage for fiscal year ending on 31 December 2019, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

The advanced position will enhance Saudi Amiantit’s competitiveness and gives it a priority to compete with international firms at the local scale, reflecting positively on its sales volume.

Noteworthy to highlight, the local content programme is based on government spending. It aims to bring together Saudis from different sectors including, manpower, commodities, services, assets, and technology, in line with the Vision 2030.
