Riyadh – Mubasher: The CEO of the Saudi Center of Spending Efficiency (CSE), AbdulRazzag AlAujan, on Thursday signed the first framework agreement with 13 office supplies providers from the private sector, state-run Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The agreement includes a list of unified paper products, files, folders, pens, and other supplies.
Moreover, the deal signing was mutually facilitated through the collaboration between CSE, the Ministry of Finance, the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, Etimad Platform, and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
The framework agreements are a modern contracting system that contributes to enhancing the local content directly through directing government spending towards national industries and existing factories and increasing demand for the products produced by these entities.
