The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announces the trading suspension on Al-Ahlia Insurance Company’s shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange starting today Sunday 21/04/1442H corresponding to 06/12/2020G to commence delisting procedures of the Al-Ahlia Insurance Company’s shares. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will announce the implementation of the increase in the quantity of Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Company’s shares and the deposit of the new shares in the Center’s Accounts of all eligible Al-Ahlia Insurance Co. shareholders after two business days from the effective date of the merger and up to 6 business days as per The Exchange and Center Procedures.
