Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing, listed on Bourse Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), announced that one of its subsidiaries in Egypt signed a three-year renewable contract to manage and operate Gosoor Project, according to a bouse disclosure on Sunday.

Gosoor Project, which was launched by the Egyptian Ministry of Public Business Sector in July 2019, aims to provide an integrated logistics and transportation services chain for external trade.

These services include transport for commodities, assembly and customs clearance services at ports, storage, and insurance.

The financial impact of the contract cannot be assessed in the current period, the company said.

During the first nine months of 2020, Agility logged net profits of KWD 31.523 million, down from KWD 63.574 million in the year-ago period.
