Saudi M3 money supply hits all-time high in 11M
The kingdom’s cash liquidity totalled SAR 2.139 trillion in the January-November period.

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's cash liquidity -M3 money supply- rose by 7.75% or SAR 153.85 billion yearly in the first eleven months of 2020 to reach an all-time high.

The kingdom’s cash liquidity amounted to SAR 2.139 trillion in the January-November period of the last year, compared with SAR 1.985 trillion in the prior-year period, according to data collected by Mubasher based on figures from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

In November 2020, cash liquidity soared by 11.6% or SAR 222.94 billion yearly, whilst went up by 1.5% or SAR 31.88 billion when compared to the previous month.  

Over the third quarter of 2020, the GCC nation’s cash liquidity reached SAR 2.088 trillion, surpassing May’s historic level of SAR 2.075 trillion.
