TASI ends Wednesday’s session lower
Turnover declined to SAR 6.597 billion on Wednesday from SAR 7.897 billion a day earlier.

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi bourse’s main index, the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), ended Wednesday’s session on marginal losses after dropping by 0.13% or 11.31 points to reach 8,670.80 points.

Turnover declined to SAR 6.597 billion today from SAR 7.897 billion a day earlier, while the trading volume totalled 198.217 million shares, down from 220.959 million.

At the sector level, energy and capital goods levelled down by 0.10% and 0.13%, respectively, while banks and telecoms dropped by 0.68% and 0.29%, respectively. On the contrary, materials added 0.82%.

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. led the green zone with 10%, whereas Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. topped the red zone with 3.14%.

Saudi Industrial Development Co. led the trading activity through exchanging 12.822 million shares, whilst Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. generated the largest turnover of SAR 325.6 million.

At the same time, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed up by 0.80% to 25,047.98 points.
