Dubai - Mubasher: Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) has appointed Fahim Al Shehhi as the company's new CEO effective from 13 January 2021.

This decision came after Parvaiz Siddiq has resigned from his position of CEO, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.

Siddiq has occupied the CEO position in Salama for five years.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months of 2020, the net profits attributable to the shareholders of Salama jumped to AED 137.06 million, up from AED 34.99 million in the year-ago period.
