Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed Monday’s trading session on a positive note after rising by 0.59% or 52.42 points to 8,869.47 points, hitting its highest level since July 2019.

The market's turnover reached SAR 9.537 billion after 301.601 million shares were exchanged.

Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co topped the gainers with 9.99%, while Musharaka REIT headed the losers and slid by 3.58%.

The consumer durables sector led the risers and advanced by 2.27%, whereas the retailing sector was the top decliner with 0.97%.

Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co topped TASI in terms of turnover of SAR 668.612 million, while Northern Region Cement Co registered the highest trading volume with 20 million shares.

In the meantime, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) rose by 0.55% or 135.01 points to close at 24,877.77 points.

National Building and Marketing Co was NomuC’s best performer with 3.96%, while Development Works Food Co was the worst performer with 2.03%.
