Dubai – Mubasher: Tabreed Energy Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed), has entered into a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP) to raise energy efficiency in its buildings.

Tabreed Energy Services will perform energy audits to a number of buildings owned by ADCP, benefitting from its sustainable cooling operations, according to a press release on Wednesday.

ADCP, a 100%-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), is a multi-functional real estate and property management company.

Under the agreement, Tabreed will select buildings with high potential to cut its energy and water demand.

The CEO of Tabreed, Bader Al Lamki, said: "This is part of our mandate to support energy demand reduction in Abu Dhabi and we are always willing to partner with entities including property and facility management companies to help optimise their energy demand."

The General Manager of ADCP, Mohamed Binbrek, commented: "Our collaboration will help us adopt innovative solutions that can deliver tangible reductions in energy consumption and overall usage while preserving the overall ecosystem."
