Cairo – Mubasher: The net profits of Misr Chemical Industries hiked by 474% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 82.26 million during the first half (H1) of fiscal year 2020/2021, compared to EGP 14.34 million in the year-ago period.

The company has generated revenues worth EGP 248.63 million in the July-December period, up from EGP 153.59 million in the same period of the earlier year, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday. 

During the first five months of fiscal year 2020/2021, the company's profits reached EGP 72.16 million, compared to EGP 10.21 million in the corresponding period of the previous year.
