Cairo – Mubasher: Nile Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries (Nile Pharma) reported a 12.1% rise in net profits to EGP 39.12 million in the first half (H1) of fiscal year 2020/2021, compared to EGP 34.9 million in the same period of the earlier year.

The company's revenues declined by 6.3% to EGP 408.32 million in the July-December period from EGP 435.83 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, according to the company's disclosure to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the first quarter (Q1) of the current fiscal year, the company's net profits hiked by 43.9% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 22.29 million, compared to EGP 15.49  million.
