Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Halwani Bros. Company approved the board’s recommendation to pay SAR 47.14 million or SAR 1.5 per share in cash dividends to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2020.

The distributions represent 15% of the capital, according to a stock exchange statement on Thursday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders at the end of the OGM meeting date, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The dividends will be paid on 21 February 2021.
