Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose by 0.95% or 83.58 points at Tuesday’s close, settling at 8,892.92 points.
The turnover reached SAR 13.4 billion today, up from SAR 12.47 billion a day earlier, while the trading volume hiked to 313.3 million shares from 276.185 million.
The insurance sector was down by 0.17%, whereas banks and utilities added 1.5% and 0.35%, respectively. Likewise, energy and materials increased by 0.5% each.
Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. topped the gainers with 9.92%, whereas Allied Cooperative Insurance Group came on top of the decliners with 8.3%.
Alinma Bank led the trading activity through the exchange of 12.650 million shares, whilst Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. achieved the highest liquidity of SAR 768.6 million.
As for the parallel market, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) edged lower by 0.9% to stand at 25,359.53 points.
