Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) edged up by 0.1% on Wednesday, adding 8.71 points and settling at the level of 8,901.63 points.

The market’s liquidity fell to SAR 12.38 billion today, compared with SAR 13.4 billion on Tuesday. Similarly, the trading volume decreased to 304.664 million shares from 313.3 million a day earlier.

Energy, materials, and capital goods fell by 0.19%, 0.3%, and 1.1%, respectively, whereas banks rose by 0.73%.

Meanwhile, Anaam International Holding Group came on top of the risers with 10%, whereas Allied Cooperative Insurance Group headed the fallers with 4.33%.

Raydan Food Co. led the trading activity after exchanging 22.842 million shares whilst Abo Moati for Bookstores Company generated the biggest turnover of SAR 1.199 billion.

As for the parallel market, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) added 1.21% to reach 25,667.15 points.
