Dubai – Mubasher: The preliminary financials of Amanat Holdings showed a shrink in net profits to AED 8.331 million in 2020, compared to AED 60.023 million in 2019.
The company generated revenues of AED 143.565 million in 2020, up from AED 142.103 million during the earlier year.
The earnings per share (EPS) settled at AED 0.0033 last year, versus AED 0.024 in 2019.
Amanat’s Chairman, Hamad Al Shamsi, commented: "Our financial results reflect the resilience of the healthcare and education sectors in the markets we serve. We proactively addressed the economic headwinds and remained focused on building added value across our portfolio while ensuring our assets continued operating efficiently."
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months of 2020, the company recorded net losses attributable to the equity holders of AED 11.9 million, against net profits of AED 33.4 million in the year-ago period.
