Riyadh – Mubasher: CEO of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO), Yahya bin Saleh Al Mansour, said his company's settlement of debts owed to the Saudi Telecom Company (stc) helped the company achieve profits and supported its financial situation, Al Arabiya reported on Sunday.

Upon restructuring of STC’s debts, GO returned to profitability in the third quarter (Q3) of the fiscal year 2020/2021, gaining SAR 126.85 million in earnings, against losses of SAR 9.8 million in the year-ago quarter.

The CEO added that GO aims to submit a request to obtain the unified licence, emphasising the company’s ability to compete in the Saudi market during the current period given its transformation and growth strategy.
