Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Company has received the approval of the board of commissioners of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to voluntarily withdraw from Boursa Kuwait.

The company disclosed this decision to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

It is noteworthy to mention that on 30 April 2020, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Sharjah Cement has agreed on a voluntary withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait as per the required measures.
