Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab Dalla Company has filed a lawsuit against Saudi BinDawood Holding’s subsidiary, Danube Company for Foodstuffs and Commodities, in the Commercial Court in Jeddah.

Arab Dalla is claiming a compensation of SAR 124.125 million from Danube for patent infringement in addition to legal fees of SAR 300,000, BinDawood Holding said in a stock exchange statement on Thursday.

The Tadawul-listed firm added that it is too early to determine the financial impact and legal risk of the case, noting that they will be reported in due course.
