Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Delta Sugar approved a decision to add a new activity related to the company’s main purpose.

The board decided to add the activity of agricultural fertiliser and animal feed production, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

The decision will be referred to the company’s shareholders for approval.

During 2020, Delta Sugar incurred net losses of EGP 253.95 million, against net profits of EGP 42.89 million a year earlier.
