Cairo – Mubasher: Arabian Food Industries Co (Domty) recorded consolidated net profits of EGP 157.97 million in 2020, slightly up from EGP 156.16 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.

The profits attributable to minority interests amounted to EGP 1,448 last year, compared to EGP 1,596 in 2019, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.

Sales grew to EGP 2.99 billion in 2020 from EGP 2.66 billion a year earlier.

Over the course of 2020, the standalone net profits inched up to EGP 143.48 million from EGP 140.2 million in 2019.

During the first nine months of 2020, Domty achieved net profits of EGP 105.09 million, down from EGP 117.04 million in the year-ago period.
