Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Arab National Bank (ANB) has recommended the distribution of SAR 600 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2020.

The proposed dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.40 per share after Zakat, according to the bank’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

While the distribution date is yet to be announced, the eligibility for the dividend payout will be for shareholders at the end of trading on the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) date and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the OGM date.
