Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) penned a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with King Saud University Health Company to establish and operate virtual medical clinics.

The financial impact of the six-month MoU cannot be determined at this stage, MIS said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.

Last month, MIS signed an agreement with InTouch Health Company to establish virtual clinics by creating a digital system leveraging cloud technology to provide virtual health and medical services inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

The service was expected to be launched during the third quarter (Q3) of 2021.
