Riyadh - Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company has completed the acquisition of Ajeej Steel Manufacturing Co's entire shares of the capital in exchange for SAR 180 million, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

In early March, the company entered into an agreement to acquire the full shares of Ajeej, which is in line with its growth and expansion strategies.

It is noteworthy to mention that on Tuesday, 16 March, National Building has cancelled the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to buy a 50% stake in German Saudi Company for Industry for not reaching an agreement.
