Cairo – Mubasher: Porto Group Holding is set to establish a new joint venture (JV) in partnership with Prime Group Egypt, UAE’s Asmak Co. in the coming period.

The real estate developer is also working on 15 projects inside Egypt and abroad, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Moreover, the company aims to deliver 3,500 units during 2021.

Over the course of 2020, Porto Group Holding achieved net profits of EGP 25 million, compared to EGP 104.25 million a year earlier.
