Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of United Electronics Company (eXtra) recommended a cash dividend of 20% of the company’s capital for the second half (H2) of 2020.

The board decided to distribute a total of SAR 120 million or SAR 2 per share in cash dividends, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The eligibility date is on 25 March for shareholders registered at Edaa on the second day following this date, while the payment date is on 12 April.

The estimated financial results of eXtra showed net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 280.3 million in 2020, compared to SAR 205.6 million in 2019.
